The complain is regarding order no :24012649 by which I bought two Turtle Men Blue Formal Shirts.I received the order on 8th of DECEMBER, 2014.Due to size issue and colour not matching, on the same day I raised return request.The return order numbers are 3017851 and 3017791.I updated my banking details on MYNTRA site regarding NEFT of refund amount in my bank.
On 9th of December I returned both the shirts to the pickup vendor of Myntra.They have assured me to return the amount of total 1406/-- (each cost RS 703/--) within 3 days . Until now they have not refunded the money and always giving the same issue of TECHNICAL GLITCHES for which the amount is not showing in CASHBACK account and for this they are not refunding the money .Whenever I just mailed they said the same excuse and always want 24 or 48 hours.I called them everyday and they assured me for the last 9 days that it is solved and they refund my money within today.
Either they are not willing to return the money and at the same time giving me false hope.
Solve it and refund my money back.Myntra A thief in this online marketing as well as harassing someone in a sweet tone.
