Myntra.com — Myntra not taking any immediate action on hacking

My account has been hacked and I am not able to reset my password either. I raised the same complaint in the customer care of Myntra and he told me to wait till 4th may after putting my call on hold for 15 mins atleast on a 20 mins call. I told him that my bank details or personal details could be harmed if any immediate action is not taken and after i asked to speak to his senior he put me on hold again and then abruptly cut my call after 3 minutes. My account is still hacked and no action is being taken.
