I had ordered 3 track pants, 2 by adidas (around Rs.5k each) and 1 by nike (almost Rs.3k). The pick up agent accepted the products (proof that they were in good condition) however I later got a notification saying that the quality check has failed. The Nike tracks have come back to me and I called the customer service and even spoke to the supervisor for more than an hour but they are saying that nothing can be done now as return has been declined due to product being used. However I returned the product as is with all tags attached. Spent more than 3 hours on its customer care but every time they keep repeating that the claim has been declined. Please help me I’m helpless at the moment.
