I had ordered a W kurta worth 1700/- on 3rd July 2019.

The kurta was delivered to me on 7th July 2019. Upon opening the packet I saw a different cheap looking kurta has been delivered and i immediately place an exchange option for the same.
On the 8th of July 2019, the delivery guy refused to accept my exchange stating that the kurta is not the same the as picture. I informed him that I had asked for a exchange as a wrong kurta was delivered to me. He asked me to speak to the customer service agent and left without the exchange.
I immediately called customer service agent and was spoken very rudely by the agent and he refused to give me any solution but asked me to wait for 72 hours.
Meanwhile, on 9th, 10th & 11th the kurta was out fr delivery and was not exchanged by the same delivery guy stating the very same reason, product image does not match.
I finally asked him to cancel the exchange and initiated a return on 12th July 2019. This was as advised by Myntra customer service agent and the agent who was the 5th person I was speaking to in 5 days told me to email the product images to them.
Now on 13th July 2019 the very same delivery guy refused my return stating that the product does not match. I told him that is the very reason I am telling Myntra from day 1 that they have delivered me a wrong product hence i need to either exchange or return it and get my refund.
i have spoken to everyone possible, emailed them but no one is ready to help me.
They keep asking me to wait for 24hours and unfortunately its more than a week now and no one is giving me any solution.
I want my money back. Myntra you guys are a cheat and a bunch o[censored]nprofessional untrained people wasting precious time energy and resources.
