Myntra.com — myntra : order delivery ( didn't receive the products)

Hi,

I had ordered few cloths from Myntra on 20th may. I got delivery of one product on 22nd May and for the remaining product I got a delivery delayed message. So I didn't follow up with Myntra till 27th May. When I called them to check the status of my products, they said it's already been delivered and shared a POD.I told them the signature is not mine and asked them to cross check with the signature of the other product that they had delivered. After speaking to multiple customer care executives they took my complain. Since then am just getting mails from the Myntra's escalation team stating that they were trying to call me on my number and I didn't answer them. It's been more than 15 days the customer care team is not able to resolve the issue. Even the delivery person who had delivered one product, he himself said that he hasn't deliver the remaining products.

I simply told them to refund my money as they are unable to deliver the products. I have purchased from other online stores with higher amount bt never faced such situation. I am afraid how these people are catering to other customer with similar problem.

My few simple questions to Mantra:

1. Do you have a proper mechanism to ensure that the product is delivered to the right person.( E.g Amazon and Flipkart share the delivery boy number on mes sage so that we can reach the delivery boy). In my case I didn't receive any message on my number and application status is also stating delay in delivery. So how can I know if they have delivered the product somewhere else.

2. Do you have any deadline to resolve customer complain. When I called your CC they said that since I have raised the concern after five days of delivery so they cannot help. If I have not received the product then how can I know if it's 5 or 7 days of delivery.

3. Your CC team sends numerous mails with apologies etc. But they are not really apologetic at all. They just ignore the mails that I sent after receiving their mails.Are they trained to do so? So that the customer will be at fault.

4. Why do you ask customer their convent time? I gave my convent time twice but no one called. Do you think people don't have any work? They will just hold their phones in hand and wait for Myntra's call.

There are numerous case pending online. I want a solution for my issue. Its my hard earned money so I can't leave it.

Please do something to improve your service or else people will stop using your Myntra app.
