We have ordered Shoes in the month of July and it got cancelled just the day before delivery date.
Again, we have ordered in the month of August Faux fur slippers and sliders which got cancelled again a day before delivery.
In the month of September, sliders were ordered again but unfortunately it got cancelled on the day of delivery.
When we spoke with the customer care, they are mentioning that it got cancelled as the product is lost. But, how come all the 3 orders of 3 different months have the same logistics issue? I would be glad if anyone can address this issue.
