I had placed a prepaid order on myntra for five items on 27th march 2019 to which the promised date was 4th april 2019. I have received only 2 items till date and have received no information regarding the remaining 3 items amounting to rs 3500. Since it is now 3 days post the promised date kindly provide information regarding the same or refund the amount of the order. Inspite of contacting the myntra customer care so many times i still haven't received any update regarding my order delivery. Kindly update asap. +1 photos Was this information helpful? Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 08, 2019 Updated by Pallavi121 Myntra has an inefficient customer support team whose only job is to register the complains and not act on it. I have been speaking to the customer care everyday and have been receiving the same email each day which I have attached below. It is very tedious to go through the customer care procedure everyday. Explaining the problem to their champions and then the supervisors. Although I have been a regular shopper on Myntra for past 5 years I have had a very bad experience with regarding this order. No support from their end. When an order goes missing its just gone and nobody is there is track it down. Lately I have been going through the complaints and reviews and have concluded most of them were of prepaid orders. Myntra surely is incapable of dealing with prepaid orders it might as well remove the option.

I have ordered GERUA
Women Blue & Off-White Printed Straight Kurta Size: M | Qty: 1 along with another item on 4th April 2019 and this product is not shipped yet. I would like to know the current status of this product.
