I had ordered 4 kurtas from Myntra's online shop(website).One was delivered to wrong address and the other one in untrackable. I had raised 2 INC cases. After multiple calls to Myntra - I have received the package that was previously delivered to wrong address.
However the fourth Kurta which is untrackable - I am unable to get any sort of resolution from Myntra. All I am requesting for is a refund.
I don't receive any email based updates from Myntra . I am having to call myself into Myntra's helpline every 24 hours and follow up . So far no resolution.
Absolutely disappointed with the customer service and regret having made the purchase and for having made the payment upfront.
