I ordered a product on Myntra and received on 18 Feb 2022. I found the product fit not good enough so created a return request . It was returned on and received by a Ekart executive . He didn't gave me any return receipt as mentioned in the Myntra email . Later myntra send message about return rejected as product mismatch. Calling customer service they are telling about not receiving the product .
How can a product be mismatched if it's not received . They're not trying to solve the issue and just playing around . Now my ₹1999 is stuck due to these stupid issues .
