[Resolved] Myntra.com — myntra refund pending from 6 months

I was asked to update acct no. to get my refund in May 2018. I did but again I received a mail that the acct no. updated is wrong. I updated again but instead getting refund in acct received a mail that the amount has been credited in phonepe wallet. I further enquiried about the login id password of this wallet in order to login as well as the txn details to track as do not have a profile in this wallet. Still I created a profile with the same contact detail which shows 0 credit. On further enquiry myntra customer care connected me to his supervisor and surprisingly he shared that my refund amount he been lapsed /expired as I have not used it and also that they have already shared an email in this regard which am unaware of. I searched such email from myntra in my account with no success. I am shocked as the refund amount should not be taken as some promotional or cash back points which has an expiry date.
