Myntra.com — Myntra reject my return every single time. they send me an used and damaged product

I ordered a woodland shoe from myntra . They send me an used and damaged product . from 24th of september am trying to return this product but every single time delivery agent deny to pick up. I called 6 times but myntra cant resolve my issue, every single time they said that we understand your problem and we left a note to the delivery partner that the customer received a damaged product so pick up this order. But in real this not happened . Myntra said that they sell product through the authorised seller, so who authorised them? myntra... if they send some damaged product to a customer who will be responsible for this?? this in one type of mental harassment for a customer.. I need a quick response from myntra..
