Myntra.com — Myntra Selling counterfeit Adidas shoes

Hi,

I had recently ordered a pair of Adidas Stan Smith sneakers from Myntra from a listing on their website. It is being sold at the same price as a pair of originals.

I received the product today and found that they are counterfeit with several giveaways. Firstly, it didn't come in a adidas box, but a regular myntra box. The quality felt cheap and the outsole has a cream colour which doesn't match the white of the upper. The perforations on the sides are not properly done and it doesnt have the primegreen tag on the insole. It doesn't have a proper tag on the lip either. There are several other small giveaways. I am attaching a few screenshots to show this.

I want to report this seller. Why is Myntra being a big ecommerce brand doing this and selling counterfeits under the adidas originals tag. I have attached a screenshot with seller info and invoice.

I am so dissapointed in Myntra, I spent a lot of money on these shoes they are claiming to be original. I don't want a refund but the actual product to be delivered to me.
