I have ordered a puma black evostripe ultimate track pants along with one more product with ORDER NO:[protected]-9063803. When i have opened the order i realised that this is a fake product not matching with the image shown on website. The reason which I have mentioned while returning is that Product is not Original and not matching with the image shown on the website. The delivery rejected my request based on the product is not matching with the image. Even the tags of the product are not genuine and barcode of the product is also fake. The size mentioned on tag is M while on product it is xl. I have raised a complaint regarding that on 28.06.2019. As per their request, I have forwarded the images of product and tag on 29.06.2019. From then i am waiting for approval of my return request but they are asking for more and more time for investigation. On 7th june i received a call from their side in which they said that it will take two more days to investigate the issue but the customer care executive is adamant that Myntra doesn't sell fake products. I am waiting from last 10 days to get my money back but they are not approving my return request.

Myntra customer care support approved my return request. I have mailed them the images as per there request. They had took one week time to process my complaint. I have received the refund amount.
