I had placed an order of a pair of Mango Jeans on Myntra. I had ordered Indian size 30 and received Euro size 34. It is an incorrect product that I received “without any tags and packaging”. When I tried to return it, the request kept getting declined constantly. I have earlier also received products without a tag and I checked with friends, and it has happened with them as well.
For the past one week I have been calling the customer care number hoping to get the return initiated for the wrong product that I received. However, none of the customer care executives have helped, worst- they do not even acknowledge or reply and keep repeating the same words without listening. It is extremely annoying because they keep repeating the same words like a tape recorder. They have zero intention to help. I shared images to prove my claim, yet it keeps getting declined. I am 100% sure, that my images have not been checked. This is my money that is getting wasted due to the seller’s fault, poor quality check before sending the package and extreme incompetence of the customer care executives.
I want this issue to get resolved asap. I also want to emphasise that Myntra packages, some of the times, come without the presence of any tags which makes one wonder if it’s a used product.
