I am a working women, i have a team to manage, with all these responsibilities myntra is also expecting me to go to a service centre and sit there for hours for a new product bought from them???!!
I ordered a jbl bluetooth headset, and it din connect and the volume button has noice whenever pressed. I immediately raised within a hour of delivery to return the same, but the customer service ppl were so pathetic in their service that they asked me to wait for 24 hours to raise return request. So waited n raised the return request. And now today after three days they are asking me to go to a customer service of jbl!!!, which means i buy from you guys and then take to jbl service??
I jus need my refund! I want someone to pick the product and refund it, am not giving up until you guys pick it up and process my refund. I spoke for hours today morning, first a female spoke to me and she transferred to a guy stating he is a higher official and he rattled the same thing and just hung up!! Without intimation. Check the call recording in [protected] around 10.25 am. This guy should be fired!! How can he hang up on a customer, are we beggers??? Are we not paying our money to buy?? Or is it because am a female customer his male ego din allow him to answer me? Is this how he respond?? Just process my refund rs1739!! I don need the product
