I have placed two orders with Myntra refer below order I'd:

I have been cheated by Myntra whereby delivery agent replace belt with used t shirt and without any tag delivered to me, when I raise complaint Myntra customer service accept error and approve request.
Post that none of my orders got delivered delivered to me under above mentioned Order I'd from last 8 days. Daily received msg out for delivery, out for exchange but nothing happened because of that fraud delivery agent he is not calling me nor he is delivering my products.
Raised complaint to customer care but they are also refusing to help me mentioning as it is out for delivery and shipment arrived at delivery centre now it should be cancelled at door step, now can someone tell me when delivery partner is not wiling to deliver and call me how should I get it cancelled and get my exchange and other products returned and take new products.
Even customer care is not ready to cancel order Nd share myntra delivery hub address where I can handover returned products or exchange products. Delivery partner just mentioned not able to connect to customer or connected with him and he is keeping product with him and don't want return such comments on Myntra app.
Need your help in order to get my products delivered and exchange and return complete and get my money back.
If not resolved I will raise concern to consumer forum and also reach out to police station for fraud which Myntra is doing with me and also supporting their delivery partner also.
