I ordered a pair of slippers on 27th of may 2019 and i was to get the delivery by the 2nd of june 2019 but they did not deliver the product and said that the item is lost somewhere and they had cancelled the order on their own and now the product which i wanted is out of stock and they did give me a goodwill coupon compensating their mistake but there is a twist, the goodwill coupon which they offered me does not work, it's just a scam so that they do not lose customers but this is very unprofessional from their side.
