I had ordered a Nike tracksuit (Men) from Myntra which was priced at 2830 Rs. However upon delivery, I only received the jacket (top) and not the bottom. Spoke to customer care and they advised to raise a return request and raise a new order. Initially the return was processed successfully. After a few weeks I re-ordered the same item from Myntra hoping that it would be delivered as per the product description, however this time the product that I received was no way near to what I had ordered online. First of all I only received the jacket and it was black in colour instead of blue and secondly it had dirt marks all over it. Obviously a cheap duplicate one was delivered and now when I have raised another return request, the customer care have advised me to drop them an email and get the request approved so the return can be processed successfully. My experience with customer service hasn't been pleasing either. Highly dissatisfied with their service and amazed on how they can mess up twice ? Someone has to be answerable !! Hoping they would be able to resolve my issue at the earliest and process my refund at the earliest else I would have no option than to contact the consumer court . Attached herewith are the pictures of the original product that was ordered on Myntra and second pic (black jacket) is the product that has actually been delivered to me by Myntra.
