"Wrong Size - no inner sole in the left shoe"
Despite being a TRY & BUY offer Myntra delivery person refused to accept the parcel. Asked to opt for Refund on the Myntra website.
Unable to do that as the website showed the product still in transit!!!
Executive 1 asks me to wait for 24 hrs for their system to be updated.
2nd April - Myntra website shows product delivered. Applied online for Return and Refund citing reason for return as "Wrong Size - no inner sole in the left shoe"

3rd April - Mybtra delivery person (Sachin) accepts the parcel. Refuses to accept the Myntra packaging and invoice saying he does not need it. He is informed of the missing inner sole. He checks, calls his office and accepts the parcel. Calls the next day to say the product has been put on hold and that he can guide us on what to do next. When asked on what grounds the product is put on hold, he has no answers. When asked why a delivery guy is calling for Myntra without any formal sms or email or call from executive he has no answer. Sachin is informed we will deal directly with Myntra executive (as is the procedure with all online e-commerce portals including Myntra on earlier purchases)

It is ridiculous that Myntra delivers a faulty product and on return puts it on hold for not passing quality check!!!
Since 3rd April to the 29th April on continued in-numerous follow ups with Myntra executives and supervisors (Anita, Akash). Till the 29th the exectives insisted the product is on hold as there was no price tag on the product.
* Have repeatedly informed the executives there was no price tag on the shoes or on the box.)
" Have repeatedly informed the executives the product has already been picked up on the 3rd by their delivery person and yet the Mnytra system seems to have no records of the same! (I have been asked by one of the executive to photograph the product and send it to them. Huh! How??? You have the product!)
Since the 3rd of April every executive has put me on waiting loop of 24 hrs or 48 hrs or 3 days or 5 days assuring me of the refund or at least further action on the same. None has been forthcoming...and every follow up call is back to square one round of basic questioning like is the product still with you!!!
Despite the executive calls being recorded 'for quality control purposes' I am sorry to say no quality of action has been forthcoming from Myntra.
29th April : Receive SMS quoting Your return request has been declined and cancelled!!! Been asked to wait another 72 hours for further intimation from Myntra
When the executive was asked where i can send them a written complaint he said I can do it on their website. No surprise that there is no facility to register a formal complaint except CONTACT THEM ON PHONE!!!
Hence I am forced to register a complain here hoping to reach the concern to the correct authority and receive the refund against a faulty product sent from their side! Thank you in advance for your further action.
Kindly Note: Earlier purchases from Myntra have been smooth sailing - this purchase for some reason is jinxed from the start!
