Myntra.com — no exchange of product after mistakenly redeeming insider points

I placed a few order from myntra and delivered the product yesterday. There is some insider point collection feature by mistake i claimed my insider points and now i am unable to exchange the dress. Because of this no option is available for exchange. I called the myntra customer care as well to resolve this issue but they are unable to resolve it even though i told them to take the collected points back.
This insider point collection feature implementation should at least provide the user to modify the details as well accordingly the points will be adjusted.
