My order is delayed and Myntra provides no information about when it can be expected. The expected delivery date for the order on myntra.com is shown as yesterday and there is no update to this, the automated ivr does not have an option to know the status of the order beyond what is displayed on the website and there is no possibility to connect to a customer care professional as well. This is against the right to know the status of my order, if it will be delivered or not and when would it be delivered if does?
It is the wedding season and I am travelling which means I need to plan beforehand for the dresses that I need. I can go out shopping but it would be a waste if Myntra;com delivers the order right after that and hence my complaint is just against there system that does not provide sufficient information to me, a consumer.
