Myntra.com — No information for delayed delivery

My name is rikky Negi. I ordered 7 items from Myntra on September which we’re supposed to deliver by 15 October. There is continuous in delay in the items, I sent mail to the Myntra team regarding the issue to cancel all my orders and refund my money because I won’t be staying at this location for a long time. I stated my issue to them 3 times but they didn’t I ddnt get the satisfactory response. I again sent them the mail regarding the same issue but they did not respond. Nor I am able to connect their customer care team via call. Over the first two mails they are replied me with the same to cancel my order from my end but I am able to do that, there is no such option at this moment which I already stated in the mail. I need my amount back as soon as possible so that I can place those items from other websites. And same thing happened with my husband he was suppose to get his item by 9 October which he did not get yet and the Myntra team didn’t intimate regarding the issue.
