Myntra.com — no order is delivered

Address: 5/9 3rd floor suvarna Prabhat Niketan behind liberty Bar Marve Road Malad West, Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400064

I have placed an order in myntra on 18tu November, 2019 but till date the order is not delivered and I have raised a complaint about the same to the myntra customer service but still no resolution is provided .They had transferred the case to the case manager Mr. Sahil and he is least interested in working for customer .
No resolution is provided by them and there is no TAT period they follow to resolve the consumer dispute
