I have received the wrong size Nike shoes thrice in a row and despite various reassurances I am struggling to get a pick up done the shoes since 09 January 20 but no one even bothers to reply to my mails or calls and despite my various attempts to get it resolved all I get is another deadline which is NEVER adhered too and all I get is another deadline after a failed attempt.
I have written to Myntra to have the faulty shoes picked up from my residence after the 5 failed attempts on 19, 27, 28, 29 and 30 of January 2020 despite repeatedly being reassured they will resolve the issue but sadly nor are are they resolving it and just giving me false reassurances every time without any result or response on mail.
I fail to understand why this is happening and how am I expected to pay my credit card bill when I have asked them to pick up the shoes wrongly delivered to me many times since the 09 January 2020.
