I ordered bulk products from MYNTRA. I have to receive 8 products on 30th Nov but I received only 3 items out of that. They didn't deliver the products I ordered which worth almost 5000rs but marked them as delivered. When I complained the same and asked for refund, they took 10 days to investigate and finally said that they had delivered the products and couldn't refund the amount. Their own delivery boy was the proof that products were missing but they are not considering that. Even when I asked them for the proofs they have, they are not willing to disclose due to security policies.
