Myntra.com — No refund

Sir / ma'am,
My product with Order ID # 1208370 [protected] is returned due to size issue and I have already returned the product and I have recieved the message regarding the refund but till now as of late the amount has not been transferred back to my account and I have already raised an issue regarding that matter with issue No
IN[protected] and they gave a specific date that it will be resolved within the given time period but its all in vain. I got a message that it has been resolved but till now its not been credited back to my account. Never have I ever been treated by Myntra like this.
Now I am beginning to think Myntra has lost its customer grievance support.
Its been many weeks now and soon going to be a month long, I have contacted the myntra customer services but its all in vain. Pleas help me with the issue and kindly resolve it .
