This is a complaint against the order no. 122272877461706625701,
where I received the wrong product on 17th Dec
and escalated for pickup and return on the same date for the wrong product. However, the delivery team picked up the product and returned it to me again the next day for false reasons.
Now I am doing a regular follow up from 18th Dec. case managers are calling me and saying that you are they cant not accept the return because I am raising false request and they are accusing me. They are saying your money can not be returned. I have raised this issue again through your customer care team but still I am in the Loss situation and Myntra App does not show correct status, it is showing that 'Return Accepted' and sorry for the delay in pick up, they will up by 6th January which is ridiculous.
