Dear myntra,
I have ordered two sarara dress and two track pants on 22nd october. It was received on 26th october when we were out of town for vacation by our mother. Yesterday night we came back thats is 29/10/2019. On opening the parcel only two saraa dress are found but two track pats are absent. The size of the cover itself shows that it cant accomodate four items. What i feel is that two tracks were missed at packing time.
On reaching to customer care, danish and his senior raj, said sorry for lodging complaint as it's beyond 48 hours. (Just before 15 mins 12:30pm 30/10/2019)
It's rediculous for denying to lodge a complain. Second we came back yesterday night as it's diwali holiday and we were out of town, naturally unable to check your goods.
I was asked to have a proof of it. As we were not aware of your mistake in advance we haven't recorded it.
But now i ask you to send me the proof that you have packed four items and it contained two items which we claim missing.
As it's your regular business and you should have a proof to have everything packed properly and according to the order.
Pl send proof or resolve the problem by sending remaining two track pants or refund our money.
I am a loyal customer of yours since 5-6 years.
