This is regarding the *non-delivery of the product* for order number[protected]-1313801 placed on 3rd June, 2019.
Myntra people are saying that it has been delivered, however, it has been not.
There is a discrepancy in the SMS that I have received. One says "could not deliver", the other one says "delivered". The app says that it has been delivered. Neither me nor any of my neighbours have received it.
I was not given any call by the delivery agent. The Proof of signatures that they have shared is not recognisable from my side.
I have been ordering from Myntra since long and have never faced such issue before. This is strange, this careless behaviour of your delivery agent is awful. Was this information helpful? |
