I ordered a nike shoe worth rs 5, 035/- from myntra shopping app on 6th feb 2020. I received the product on 11th feb. The size was small so i requested for an exchange within 10 minutes of receiving the product.
On 15th feb, the delivery person came with the new product but before he took back the earlier product, he checked and he said he cannot take as the price tag was missing. I told him that i receive without any price tag but he said he cannot risk taking it back so he declined.
I raised a complaint through myntra customer care telling them that i received without any price tag. And after few days they told me the product cannot be exchanged anymore due to the missing price tag justifying that they sent the price tag. Despite telling them that i did not receive the price tag in the product, they said they couldn't help and closed the case.
Now, how is this the fault of the customer? In the first place, they did not send the price tag along with the product and now they are blaming the customer. Very disappointed with myntra for treating loyal customers in this manner.
If there is any alternative solutions to this particular issue, please help.
