My mom (name Nirmala) created account on september 28 through mobile number [protected] and made orders worth of thousands of rupees one of order id is[protected]-8716601 and then afterwards when she wanted to login again for exchange of one order she was not able to and since then first we were told to send documents which we have sent 4 times and everytime they say that we have not recieved documents.
sending documents govt id to e-commerce website seems odd to access own account still we sent it but everytime we are told that to send again due to some or other reason, 1st time they told they have not received 2nd time they told that we sent aadhar card but we had sent voter id only, and rest of the two times we were again told that your email is not recieved its been a week now but this remains unresolved.
and everyday we are told same thing to send documents and wait for confirmation, its really frustrating because there is limited time for the exchange which we will not able to, it has been worst experience with endless discussion with their support team but with no resolution.
Not able to access own account, requring to send documents and then no resolution after sending it for four times and waiting for one week has been worse ever experience, we just want to access our account to exchange and manage our orders.
