Myntra.com — Not able to login to my account and despite asking multiple times no reply from them

Hi
I am not able to login to myntra account and I tried to follow up with them multiple times but didnt get any reason why they blocked my account. This is not the way to deal with customers.
They should get back with proper response and I was a responsible customer. So i need to get my account back.
I want a solution very early.

Updated by akagupta123 Great, now I got a message from Myntra that my complaint is marked as resolved from Myntra's end. No email, no call I received from them and my account is still locked.Is this how you treat your customers?
