Myntra.com — not able to return/exchange product as i mistakenly tapped on the myntra insider points

I bought a wrong pair of shoes from myntra worth rs 2900. At its delivery (6 feb 2019), i mistakenly collected the myntra insider points (Which are of no use and relevance so far). Now, they have disabled the option for return/exchange for the product. For such new programs, the company should mention the required terms and conditions in the column of every product or the redemption of the points should be offered only once the date of return/exchange expires. At this very moment, i expect an appropriate action.
