I bought a gift coupon and 11th November and Myntra did not send me coupon code. I raised complaint on the same day and they asked me for different kind of proof. Which I sent and I was given 72 hours wait time. I called every single day to know about the status and no one gave any concrete answer. Some customer care executives even hung up my call. My money is blocked and I don’t know what to do. It has been 18th today and still there is no update.
I have never felt so helpless and insulted as a customer.
Please help me out.
