Myntra.com — Not able to use my credit due to OTP issue

I have around 750rs credit in my Myntra account. But due to OTP issue which I am not receiving I am not able to place any order. I have been contacting and trying to resolve this issue for more than a month now but all I get is automated replies, with no one actually resolving the problem.

Updated by Kumutha G I logged into the app today. And the open issue where the chats and my repeated requests and automated replies were there has all been removed. And the issue has not yet been resolved and no one contacted me or attempted to resolve the issue from Myntra. Please help!

Updated by Kumutha G It's been a while since I posted a complain here now. Yet no attempt from Myntra to resolve the issue. Where or what legal action can I take to get this so-called e-commerce giant to be more responsible?
