Myntra.com — not able to use my myntra credits due there technical issue

Hi team,

I have returned a product and got myntra credit of 2999 in my account but when i am try to place an order using the same its not allowing me to place the order as they are sending an otp to my registered email id and i need to input the same but i have not received any otp.

I have been following up with them and but no solution provided.
