On 17 Nov 2020 I ordered two products both of them being sarees.On 22 Nov 2020 I received the sarees.When I opened and saw, both of those sarees had a big hole in them.I placed a return request on 27 nov and on 28 nov their agent came to pick up the return.He refused to take the return and told me to call the customer care regarding this issue.I contacted the customer care and told them my concern on 30 nov.Later on 4 dec they responded that the correct product was delivered from their warehouse and my return has been declined.
I have not even used those products.They are as it is as they were recieved.I want my full refund.
Its not my mistake.Its their fault.Myntra customer service is really poor.Please resolve my issue. My order details are as follows
