I received a wrong(old & used) product for which I had raised a complaint almost 15 days back. Also asked to change my pick up address. Even after 50 times i called to their CC & speaking to their CC agents/supervisor/manager escalation manager multiple times still neither my pick up address has been changed nor they are picking up that wrong product. Even after receiving the pick up approval their courier team has rejecting the pick up frequently. All together disgusting & ridiculous service Myntra has & they are just to snatch the customers money. I NEED MY MONEY!!
