Both items were picked up on 5oct. Delivery boy made a mistake that day he
didn't updated to parcel picked up after picking up both products...I
didn't got any message like pickup successful or refund intiated, he is also
not answering any call...I think because of him Myntra didn't issued my
refund.
Pickup date and time - 5oct, 2pm
This(see pic) is message I received when I scheduled my pickup but after
pick up I didn't received the message of pickup successful.
Also I want to ask two things first as uh can see in the photo I got only
pickup message of h&m tshirt...why I didn't got pickup message for
joggers...and second thing I want to ask is why delivery boy took both
the parcels away.
Lastly I want to say that this is unacceptable I want my refund as soon as
possible, thank you.
