I've recently ordered Nike shoes ( Women pink In- Season TR Training shoes) which are apparently out of stock now, from Myntra
The Nike orange box was damaged, there were no tags and the shoe had a very light orangish stain on the heels, the product not at all seemed authentic to me and since it was a bit pricy hence I chose to return it, But instead the delivery person rejected to take the shoe because of the stain and tags and has put the return on hold due to rejected quality check.
I've called myntra customer care support many times now and every time they give the same reason that we will lodge a complaint and update you and no updates came from their end, I tried to explain each and everything to them but no response even the complaints are getting rejected and they're not even informing me about it and now they are saying if the last complaint also gets rejected then I'll have to keep the shoe and it won't be returned
This is not fair, myntra should really stop playing with customers now
I'm not satisfied as a consumer, I've trusted myntra with the order made the payment online upfront didn't opted for COD even, I want my money back, I want the refund!!
