I have returned a white mens kurta of rs.790 from myntra for which i paid through debit card. Its about a month and the money is not reflecting in my bank account. I called them and they told me that the refund has already been processed from their side and if its not reflecting in your bank account kindly get in touch with your bank customer care. They provided me this reference no[protected]. They told me that your bank support team will be able to trace the transaction and will update you regarding the same. They also provided me this link https://cms.onlinesbi.com/CMS/ for registring online complaint. If you are refunding money its your responsiblity to track the status of your refund and if the money is not credited its your responsiblity to check why its not credited. Bank is saying no such refund has been initiated by you, you are saying you have refunded then where money has been stuck electronically. I was a very big fan of myntra but after this experience i have lost faith.. From last 1 month i am just calling sbi and myntra but sbi is saying myntra has sent you money get in touch with them, myntra is saying we have sent you money get in touch with your bank.
