I have ordered Nike shoes from Myntra and I got a wrong and used product on 15 Dec 2022. I shared video and images to Myntra care and they after several requests and sharing the proofs again and again approved my return on 23 Dec 2022.
And the pick up was done the next day.
Now I have nothing, neither that pair nor what I have paid for. They asked me to wait for 24 hours and the status will be updated to refund has been initiated but that didn't happened yet and the order status still shows - delivered, then they asked me to wait for 31 Dec.
Then they again asked for 24 hours.
Now they are asking the same thing and replying me with the same message of we need 24 hours more to solve the issue.
One employee of them told me that my complaint has been closed and then the senior told that we are working on it.
I need help in getting my refund amount of Rs. 3122.
I am being humiliated by not even providing me the correct details. They are just extending the deadline and wasting my time.
Please help me
