Myntra have
mentioned all the items that were delivered except the three ( 2 kurtis and
one dress of around 2500 ) which were being ordered along with the other
four items which total costed almost 6000. Those three products were
scheduled to arrive on the 24th of August but unfortunately they didn't.
Even if the other items were also being delivered prior or after the dates
on which they should have to get reached to our house! That's why we never
payed much attention on the mentioned dates. The other dresses arrived even
if not on time then also after few days. We ordered some more items in the
first week of September which came to us without any hazards. We live in a
complex where it is being recorded whenever someone from outside wants to
get in. So it is not possible to be confused with the exact location. And
the delivery boy is the one who invariably delivers all the products of
Myntra to different flats of our complex. My question is that how can they
make this kind of mistake of not delivering the items which were already
prepaid and when we are reaching out to their CUSTOMER ID they are so
reluctant about this issue and is constantly mentioning that 5 days scheme
which is totally ### as how can a person with so much of work will go
on checking the mails ( they were showed delivered just like the other
items but except those three they got delivered afterwards which made us
think that the same thing will happen with the former also and we waited
for more days from the 24th and lastly could not stop us to make the
complain on the 5th of September where they so easily kept on pointing us
towards the 5 DAYS POLICY ) and messages ( where those three items were
never mentioned ) . We left no stones unturned from our sides from that
day onwards and tried our best to CONTACT every other people starting from
the delivery boy to the higher officials but unfortunately didn't receive
any kind of HELP. Now after so many days also we have not lost our hope and
still trying . So say what's our fault? Of not going through the sms all
the day after we ordered to view if the items have got out for delivery or
when they will arrive, before or after the scheduled date and if mentioned
delivered then did they actually come to us or some days later they mark
their arrival. And on the basis of all those typical theories of the
company which is so unprofessional from their side ( even we had our part
of mistake of trusting them so much ) which never took any signature of the
CUSTOMERs while delivering the items nor their is any kind of otp system.
Now we really don't know whether we will get it back or not as it's not
always about the amount which we spent but also the passion and emotion
with which we ordered . We even asked the security guards and neighbours
but nothing HELPed ! So it's my earnest request to bring up this matter and
clear our doubts. I think I have made myself very clear about the whole
situation of this case.
