I have ordered home blanket of quantity 4 and same day I ha e requested return for all of the 4 items. First time a courier boy came and he told me that you have 4 items ans I don't have that size of bag so he told another guy will pick these items.
Very next day another courier boy came and he picked all 4 items from my home(I have attached his photo to the email). The courier boy picked all 4 items of blanket and received refund for only one blanket. After 2-3 days again message started from Myntra saying pick-up arranged for your return. Now, if I have already returned all 4 items then what should I do now? Also my amount is blocked and don't have any items for return.
Multiple times I called Myntra customer care and that person told me to wait till 16 th November and you'll get refund in your account. Today morning again I got message that pick-up scheduled for your items. What he'll is going on, really frustrated with the service now also, communicated with delivery partner and he also told me that we got request from Myntra even if the items were picked from customer, your delivery partner also got frustrated.
Please see the attached photos where courier boy picked all 4 items and another is Myntra status in my mobile app which clearly says that items picked on 7th November and didn't get refund yet.
I want to escalate this issue to the higher level abd wanted to fix it ASAP.
