Myntra.com — not receiving of my refund money.

Sir,
With due respect and humbly submission i beg to state that i bought a product from myntra on 22 september 2019. But product is not good as i expected so i return my product on 24 september 2019 to myntra. But in my myntra account i got a notification that they had successfully refund my money but when i check my bank account it shows that my refund money is not credited. I have been complaining my problem to myntra since one month but they are not solve my problem till now.
My order number is[protected]-2783603. The name of my myntra account is-amal jyoti bhuyan. Sir please help me and give me justice.
