I had ordered a hair mask and colorbar primer recieved spilled cosmetic items, when contacted customer care they told me they will surely help me, then after 48 hours i recieve a call again and they inform me that they refuse to take my return or refund me for the same.
This is highly unacceptable.
I am very disappointed as i am suffering and even when it is not my fault. Was this information helpful? |
