Hi Team,
I had a made transaction on Sep 29 2021, for which order id was generated by the Site but it was not successful may be and no invoice was generated out or not success /failed message issue by the system.
When i contact the customer support team, they are reluctant to consider my case and push for the refund as they are saying that issue is with the Payment gateway (Google pay).
I have checked with the GPAY customer support team also and they say that if order id is generated out and no confirmation given after the amount get deducted out then it is from MYNTRA system fault.
Attached the details in the snapshot.
Hope myntra will look into this matter and if not then i have no choice other then raise it will other grievance (gov) cell.
