I placed an order on Myntra app on 8th July 2019.
Order number :[protected]-2036101
A delivery agent from Ecom express delivered the item on 11th July 2019. I paid Cash on Delivery amount Rs.1952.
That same day I received a message that delivery was unsuccessful. Even though the item was delivered successfully.
I wanted to return this item as the size was not right. But Myntra was not allowing me to generate a return as item was still showing as undelivered.
I called their customer service many times. They said I need to scan a barcode on a transparent bag to mark the item as delivered. I told them there was no such barcode starting with 100 or any other number that I can scan on the bag.
I call them every day. But they don’t respond to my query and not offering me a refund.
Please help me get my hard earned money back.
I will never shop on Myntra again.
