I have ordered 3 items on 23rd december 2019. On 30th december the delivery boy called me around 1.. That i was busy so i couldn't received the call. I called him at 2.15 then his phone was not reachable after that i called myntra customer service they told me they have raised my request on re-attempt delivery and told to me wait till 4th january 2020.. Again i called on 31st and 1jan same thing they told me repeating i told that i want re-attempt delivery.
Again i got a message from your delivery patner ecom express there also.. I raised a request to deliver on 31st december they recieve my request and no response nor the delivery agent called and i raised request on myntra feedback link to deliver on 2nd january.. Same no response
Today i got a message from myntra that due to internal reason we cancelled your order..
Really very disappointed from myntra service.. It is worst.. How can we order items if this happens evert time.. This was mine second time...
