Myntra.com — Nynsh- Myntra Wrong Product

My order no. is 1214367 [protected]. I have ordered a Nynsh purple girls night suit on 7th sept, 2022 and on 10th Sept, 2022 I have received the package but with any other product i.e. a girls black lower of size 3-4 . Then I have created a return request but they are declining the request as they are saying that they have sent the original product after quality check. I have shared the details, picture of the product and even invoice is not on my name that I have received in the package with some other customer name and address. I have cleared this a lot of times but don't know what to do and how will I get this issue resolved
